O M G!!!! Gustavos is now one of our favorite restaurants. Visited from a reccomendation of a family member and it did not disappoint. The quality of the food is outstanding and the service was top notch! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the salsa is one of the bests ive had. Made for a perfect date night and anytime we are in town this is going to be a must stop. Highly reccomend the birra tacos and the margarita flight. Also the atmosphere is so cool! Thank you for a great night out!!

We ate at Gustavo's in Prospect last week and had a wonderful experience. The decor was lovely. The food and service were outstanding. I recommend their homemade sangria with bourbon, a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. It was a bit noisy, but I won't hesitate to eat there again. Excellent!
We stopped in for Taco Tuesday at the Prospect location, and I was genuinely impressed. The tacos were just $2.99 each, but the quality was anything but cheap—flavorful, well-seasoned meat that didn’t need cheese to be good (I had mine with just lettuce, onion, and cilantro). I tried chicken, ground beef, and steak—*the chicken and beef were especially fantastic*. The chips were warm, light, and crispy—perfect with their house salsa—and the margarita on the rocks hit the spot. Beyond the food, the space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The wooden dining room doors, custom neon signage, and outdoor rock and succulent garden all gave it a welcoming, polished vibe. I didn’t sit at the bar, but it looked like a fun setup. All around, it was a great lunch date. We’ll definitely be back.
First time visiting this location, and it didn't disappoint. The Don Julio Margarita was refreshing. It's kind of strong but definitely hit the spot. I had the shrimp and cheese burrito, which was delicious with the grilled peppers and onions. If you're into margaritas, try the margarita flight. You can get 4 different flavors of your choosing. I would definitely recommend dining here and will be back again!
Great food and service. The margaritas were fantastic as were the birria tacos and the best charro beans I’ve ever had.
10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the staff who waited on us. I had a birthday party there and we had 35 people, and they were so kind and so accommodating to us. We had a great time. Everyone complimented on how the food was good and everything. They brought out lighters and stuff that we could use for my cake. All in all I would recommend for anybody who is wanting to have a birthday dinner or just food in general because they did a wonderful job.
The new location’s atmosphere is great. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and great option for special occasions.The food came so late but it was fresh and tasty. They have a very authentic Mexican food in their menu. It was like a very rich broth with steak pieces and onions.
Very inviting new location. I've been to the crestwood, norton Commons, and hurstbourne locations, and the food was lacking here. However, the service was quick. A little too quick. I barely had 2 minutes to eat my guacamole before my food came. That felt rushed. The food didn't taste as good as I've had at other locations. The margaritas are very watered down. If you come for the environment it's a good place to stop. If you come for the food, maybe drive a bit further to the crestwood location. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I'd rather go elsewhere.
